Our company MWB Recruitment Limited T/A CDR (further CDR) has grown during its 13 years existence from a little family company to an international corporation with a direct or indirect representation in most states all over European Union. We’ve never calculated our company to become an international corporation with target quotas in market share or any similar strategic plans. Our company’s main antecedence has always been to satisfy needs of our clients with regard to an effectiveness and productivity.

By the year 2004 was our company solely specialized on temporary staff assignment in meat industry. But thanks to opening English labour markets a lot of new states of EU got a chance in many new projects.

Within a year 2005 our company build up a recruitment system covering most of new states of EU. Thanks to this system we could start to recruit butchers, carpenters, welders, car mechanics, car electrician, etc. Because of fast progress of market share there was more and more headhunting enquiry.

From 2006 we started recruit IT specialists, dealers, junior or senior management.

Nowadays we are able to recruit new candidates in IT lays (programme analyst, web designers, graphic designers, SAP consultants, network managers, etc.), in administration, business, personalistic, education training or in all exquisite workmanship.
